This well-worn but functional broom of flying looks like a mundane cleaning tool when at rest. However, those who use it to sweep or ride it across the skies swear they can hear muttering and the occasional cackle from the peculiar broom.
Wyrdwhisk houses the soul of an old hedge witch named Maudra Veil who was betrayed and cursed by a coven of rival witches centuries ago. Though bitter and sharp-tongued, Maudra is not evil. She is just tired of being underestimated, ignored, and disrespected. The old witch will begrudgingly help those who would listen to her and show at least a shred of common sense.
