Cid, father of Theo “Silverstar” Runtus, inherited the throne after Lex Runtus. Unlike his father, Cid was never deeply rooted in royal tradition.
He is a people-first king who prefers walking among his citizens rather than ruling above them. However, the weight of the crown brings political complexity and responsibility he was never fully prepared for, forcing him to grow into a role he did not originally seek.
