As part of the Truly Sentient Items project, we are making experimental, interactive, text-based companions for each item! These are custom AI mini-tools entirely made by humans (you can ask them about it out of character!) designed to embody each item’s character and lore.
In a market that’s gradually being flooded with AI-generated art, lore, and mechanics, we wanted to try something different. Instead of using generative AI to replace our creative work, we use our creative work to build original AI buddies.
