Kahræz and Nalis in Love – D&D Character

Characters: Kahræz Silbernen, Dark Elf Cleric; and Nalis Althos, Triton Druid
Nalis first joined Kahræz and the other surface expedition members early on. He and Kahræz got along well, developing feelings for each other. However, Nalis learned the true nature of the multiverse -- about the Luminous Being -- and fell into a very deep depression. The drow felt bad about this, feeling partially responsible, as he had made no effort to stop Nalis from gaining this knowledge despite knowing the potential repercussions, because the same source also granted a fellow party member knowledge of how to reach the surface.
After a few months of adventures that included the defeat of the Glabrezu Draz'Gannil, whom was something of Kahræz's archnemesis, and the shattering truth of Kahræz's mother being a Lolthite cultist, the two went on their first date, opening up completely to each other about their feelings and their pasts, and sharing a long, deep kiss.
They eventually found someone who would help Nalis, and the two's relationship truly blossomed here as they got engaged to each other in the not-so-befitting setting of a vampire lord's keep.
