Valued by accomplished sorcerers, warlocks, and wizards alike, a Staff of Promised Power signifies an experienced mage on the path to magical mastery.
We designed this staff so it can be upgraded to a Staff of Power and beyond, following optional rules we made and playtested with my DM! The Staff of Promised Power is a direct upgrade to the uncommon Staff of the Aspirant, which I posted a while ago!
