I had a lot of fun drawing this artificer commission!
Character: Thorgan Darksteel, Mountain Dwarf Artificer
Thorgan Darksteel may not be the strongest among the dwarves of clan Darksteel, but what he lacks in strength he easily makes up in intelligence. His clan is famous for their indestructible metal, used primarily in constructs.
Thorgan quickly mastered his craft, unlocking the secrets to craft a new type of pistol out of meteoric metal, Starshot. To hide the secrets of Starshot’s construction, he used illusions to make it look like a standard flintlock. A perfectionist, he was always up drawing or forging at all hours and through the night.
After a decade, he had surpassed his artificer teachers and joined an adventuring party to travel and explore, along with his two best friends: Nuri, his green psudodragon, and Ember, a fire pixie from the elemental plane of fire.
