About the heroines:
Nadine Fournier, Half-Elf, Half-Angel Divine Sorceress and Baker
Nadine is a half-elf divine sorceress whose command of the Eternal Light comes from her forbidden lineage as the daughter of an angel and an elf paladin who broke his oath of chastity.
To save her from divine wrath, Nadine’s celestial mother hid her in the rural village of Erzy where she was bullied for her unusual appearance and had to keep her magic hidden in fear of being accused of witchcraft.
As Nadine grew up, her former bullies became her admirers and would-be suitors, but she just smiled and ignored their advances before venturing into the ancient forest each evening. For Nadine, life became good for a while.
However, when the Pale Death struck the kingdom and the bones of the dead began to stir, Nadine had to reveal her hidden powers. Now, she travels alongside a loyal agent in service to the king, using her magic to reveal dark conspiracies and protect the realm.

Oriel the Waking Dreamer, Sun Elf Warlock of the Catilus
Defiant and free-spirited, Oriel ran away from a life of luxury when she realized her father’s schemes to marry her off to a royal heir and found solace among the peaceful and hedonistic dark elf sages of Varmy deep in the Sunken World.
However, when her father’s plans threatened the peace of Varmy, Oriel left her friends behind, and against their counsel, she escaped into the Mageplex, a disused and unstable nexus of magic portals.
Through the Mageplex, she faced entropian horrors that live beyond time and space, until the Catilus, an ancient feline being of creativity and whimsy, saved her and bestowed upon her magic to paint color and meaning into the nothingness of the void. Empowered with these newfound abilities, Oriel returned to the world of Naam as a member of the Catilus Family.

Palmyrani, Green Dragon Mastermind, in Dragon and Mortal Form
Too clever to risk fighting the enemies of dragonkind directly but too driven to remain idle, Palmyrani is a young adult green dragon who has mastered the art of deception in service of Verdavihara, the Green Dragonrealm.
Born during a time of great conflict, Palmyrani was but a dragonling when a faction of serpentaurs (snake people) betrayed dragons and elves both and laid claim to the jungle of Nugaho and Palmyrani’s birthplace.
Growing up without a home, Palmyrani traveled the dragon realms disguised as a mortal and eventually became an artful schemer and a cunning spy. Now, she works to weaken the serpentaurs’ power and pave the way for their fall through indirect means. In her quest to influence mortals and dragons of other colors to aid her cause, she has made several key allies but also found friendship and love in the unlikeliest of places…
