Lady Pyrothea Skyglade, Noble Elf Paladin – D&D Character

This piece of Pyrothea is one of the first experiments I made to draw and illustrate professionally. It’s (arguably) still unfinished, but it represents a milestone for me, and I have never shared it with you, so here it is, a snapshot of my early career!

Character: Lady Pyrothea Skyglade, Noble Elf Paladin
At first glance Pyrothea gives the impression of a very calm, noble elf. Her natural arrogance in her movements and expression is only tempered by her impeccable manners. Pyrothea usually looks alert and often seems to be in a thoughtful, bad mood. She is a dependable ally who doesn’t hesitate to smite the foes who might threaten her homeland.
She is always carefully groomed. She's never seen with jewelry or any other frivolous ornament that doesn't belong to her armor. Pyrothea has a sun-like rune etched into her skin on the back of her neck and a tattoo of a phoenix on her back. Her armor is kept impeccably clean and well maintained.
There are dark rumors, about an elf of the same name, which committed horrible war crimes in a great war long ago…
