Character: Andar Liadon, Aasimar Eldritch Knight
Born to a human mother and a celestial father, Andar was raised solely by his mother with no knowledge of who his father had been. From a young age, he showed signs of his divine heritage and was treated with disdain and mistrust whenever these signs were exhibited. Because of this, he developed his own ill feelings towards his heritage and began to drift away from what traditionally Aasimar are known to do. He turned away from the divine power that he was born with and instead chose to strengthen his wit and body, learning how to fight, as well as endeavoring to learn all the secrets of the arcane that he possibly could.
He used these skills and became a guard as part of his hometown’s local militia. After doing this for a few years and experiencing a powerful pride when helping people in need, he began to feel a strong pull towards leaving the nest, chasing bigger and better things. He bid a fond farewell to his mother and set off towards the settlement of Otha's Rest, where he has heard there is an adventurer's guild always open to new recruits.
