While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to turn the cloak into a pair of magnificent pegasus wings. The wings give you a flying speed of 60 feet and last for an hour, or until you dismiss them with an action. When the wings disappear, you have to wait 1d6 hours before using them again.
Inner Pegasus. You can use your action to turn yourself into a Pegasus for one hour. Your game statistics are replaced by the statistics of a Pegasus (CR 2), but you retain your alignment, personality, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. Your gear melds into your new form and you can’t activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from it. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn.
