Osumare is a powerful evocation wizard specializing in magic that controls the weather. She is a literal sun elf from an ancient elven kingdom that’s always bathed in the sun’s rays. She has studied magic for decades and is now traveling the world in search of exotic magic. Her familiar has the form of a meerkat!
