The All-Seeing Eye is an artifact capable of turning a user’s thoughts into reality.
This power comes with a cost. The more selfish or corrupt the user becomes, the faster the artifact consumes them. It does not reverse previous wishes unless commanded by a future user, and every use is a choice rather than a trap.
Only a true Chosen can wield the artifact without suffering its consequences, making it both a gift and a test of character.
